Kofi Kinaata presents VGMA awards to Essikado Chief Nana Kobina Nketia V

Multiple award winning Artiste, Kofi Kinaata on Friday 11th September, 2020 paid homage to the Omanhene of Essikado, Nana Kobina Nketia V at his palace at Essikado in the Western Region.

In addition to his visit to the Essikado Omanhene, Kofi Kinaata also presented his awards at the just ended Vodafone Ghana Music Awards to Nana Kobina Nketia.

At the 2020 awards, Kofi Kinaata won the Highlife Song of the year, Most Popular Song of the year and Songwriter of the year, making him the Artiste to have won the highest number of awards.

I have been to the palace once and I received a lot of counsel from Nana. I don’t think I even exhausted the countless number of wise counsel I received from Nana. This visit is to bring the results of the counsel from Nana at the beginning of my career. So I am here to show the awards I won at the just ended VGMA to Nana.

Kofi Kinaata revealed the purpose of his visit to the palace
