“I Almost Died” Ay Poyoo Shares Weird Experiences After Issues With Former Record Label
Ghanaian comedian and comic rapper Ay Poyoo has shared weird experiences and struggles after issues with his former record label and management.
Poyoo had earlier revealed that after being in the music industry for years, he could boast of only 100 dollars made from his career.
In a new video trending online, the rapper has accused his former label of deleting songs he recorded under it from online platforms.
According to him, after a year since he parted ways with the label, none of his songs could be found online.
” My songs have been deleted from online platforms because of my issues with my former label. Imagine earning $2, 000 to 3,000 a month and now you don’t earn anything. It’s very bad” He said.
Sharing his ordeal, the ‘GOAT’ hitmaker held the view that the songs shouldn’t have been deleted from online by his former boss, stressing that their royalties be shared as they are joint projects between him and his former management.
He further revealed that he almost died after the disagreement with the label as he faced hardships.
